3. Your contract for purchases made through this site is with 24-7games.co.uk and this contract will only exist after we have e-mailed a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. Please note that we reserve the right to delay / cancel any order for the purpose of carrying out additional security checks in relation to a credit or debit card payment.
4. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site – if you are under 18 you may only use this site with the supervision of an adult / guardian.
5. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
6. Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of prices and information on the site, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you in full.
7. You You undertake that all details you provide during the order process are correct, that the credit or debit card used to pay for the order is your own and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the order.
