How to Order
Ordering from 24-7games.co.uk is simple and secure.
We are sure you will find our store easy to navigate. To search for an item either click on your chosen format on the left hand side of the page or, alternatively, enter a keyword in the search box at the top of the page.
Once you have found your chosen product, click on the image to view full details, and screenshots where available. To purchase, just click on the Add to basket button. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will be able to see what you have ordered and the total cost. If you are after something else, just click Go to Checkout, otherwise click Continue Shopping to find more items.
Step 1 - Log in / create your account
If you already have an account with us, enter your e-mail address and password to continue, otherwise click on the link to open a new account.
Step 2 - confirm delivery address
On this page you can choose which postage service you require and also confirm the delivery address
Step 3 - payment details
On this page you need to choose how you would like to pay, either by credit / debit card, cheque or postal order. If you have a gift certificate or offer code you can also enter it here.
Step 4 - confirmation of order details
This is a summary page so that you can check all the details of your order. If everything is correct, just click on Submit order to us
Payment by credit and debit card:
If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken through our secure payment process. For maximum security, all card payments for 24-7games.co.uk are processed on our behalf by Lloyds TSB Cardnet and Protx. You will be prompted to choose which type of card you wish to use, and to enter the card details. Click proceed and your payment will be processed immediately.

We will notify you when we have received the payment and dispatched your order. Please note that cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear, whilst postal orders do not need to clear.
