Delivery and Returns
Delivery:
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery. We offer FREE standard (2nd class) delivery on everything, and you can upgrade to 1st class for just 99p per order. If you purchase 5 games you will only pay the 99p charge once to upgrade the whole order to 1st class.
Returns policy:
Any item purchased from 24-7games.co.uk can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as it remains sealed in its original packaging. Please e-mail us to arrange this so that we can issue you a returns authorisation number (RAN). For your protection, please ensure that any returned items are sent by recorded delivery.
Faulty goods:
We only supply brand new retail stock. However, in the event of you having a problem with any item, please let us know by sending an e-mail. We will then respond with our suggestions. If we find the game to be faulty, it can be returned for a replacement.
Please note that we cannot provide technical support on games, but if you need any assistance please let us know and we should be able to put you in touch with the right people.
Please check the system requirements of PC games carefully before purchase, as we cannot accept returns on PC games once they have been opened if they are not compatible with your PC. Please note that we test all returns, and faulty items can only be replaced with another of the same title.
We only sell UK (PAL) games for use on UK consoles.
